Yima Ruihui New Materials Co., Ltd. was established on March 6, 2017, located on the west side of the northern section of Tianshan Road, Yima City. On December 24, 2017, the acquisition of Yima Jintai New Materials Co., Ltd. was completed. The investor is a fund company affiliated to Beijing Lier High Temperature Materials Co., Ltd. (stock code: 00239).

The company has comprehensively integrated, optimized and upgraded the technology, process and equipment of the original company, and based on this, it plans to plan and build a new aluminum-silicon material base in the West Industrial Park of Yima City in the next five years. The construction of the base is planned to cover an area of about 300 mu, with an estimated investment of about 1.5 billion yuan. After reaching production, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of about 2.5 billion yuan and an annual profit and tax of about 500 million yuan.

Since its establishment, the company has extensively introduced high-tech talents, creating a strong human resource advantage. Up to now, the company has 113 employees, including 14 R&D personnel, 5 quality inspection personnel, 63 production personnel, and 5 sales personnel. There are 3 super-senior laboratory technicians, all of whom have a college degree or above. They have been engaged in scientific research, production and operation management in the high-temperature synthetic material industry for a long time. They have common cultural concepts and values, high decision-making efficiency, strong execution, and standardized management.

Ruihui's main product is dense homogenized bauxite clinker with outstanding physical and chemical indicators in China, and is exported to India, Malaysia, Japan, Russia and other countries. Since its establishment, the company has obtained 40 utility model patents. In 2018, it passed the "three systems" certification of environment, safety and quality. In 2020, it passed the GB/T23001 integration of industrialization and industrialization management system and obtained the certificate. In 2019, it passed the high-tech enterprise certification. In 2019, we will build an "Industry-University-Research" cooperation base with Luoyang Institute of Technology. In 2020, we will cooperate with the Institute of High-Temperature Materials of Zhengzhou University to build a talent team for "R&D of high-performance bauxite-based synthetic new materials and research on key technologies for industrialization". In 2019, it won honors such as Sanmenxia Quality Management Advanced Unit, Yima Outstanding Private Enterprise, Ecological Environmental Protection Advanced Enterprise, and Advanced Non-public Enterprise Trade Union. In order to meet the market demand and strengthen product quality, the company built a new synthetic material project with an annual output of 100,000 tons on the original basis. The project has an investment of 200 million yuan, an annual output value of 350 million yuan, and an annual profit and tax of 70 million yuan. It is expected to be completed and put into operation in June 2022.
